- Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation tour voucher with complete tour operator details. You will be required to contact the tour operator a minimum of 48hrs prior to your day of travel to reconfirm your airport transfer and pick up time
- Luggage is limited to one suitcase and one piece of hand luggage per person (per airport weight guidelines). Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs, bikes etc) may have certain restrictions, please enquire with the transport operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- The earliest service from Melbourne City will be DMB 0600 (no service prior to 0500hrs)
- The earliest service from Melbourne Airport will be 0600hrs on AMB 0600
- The last service from Melbourne City will be DMB 2200
- The last service from Melbourne Airport will be AMB 2300
- Please note that South Yarra, Port Melbourne, Prahran, Richmond and St Kilda areas (zone 4) will no longer be serviced
- Any existing bookings will be serviced, however no new bookings will be entertained
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
- Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of transfer
- For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher

Mistakes were made with the initial booking
Mistakes were made with the initial booking, but staff on the phone were able to efficiently rectify the issue and ensure that the subsequent trip to the airport went off without a hitch. A great way for out-of-towners to get to and from their CBD-based hotels!

Was a great friendly driver
Was a great friendly driver. Only thing is I had to pay for my daughter and she's not 1 yet. The staff were friendly and explained where I had to go to the meeting spot which I found the guy that met us there put all our baggage in the back. Overall it was a great service.
