Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience and no refund will be granted.
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
  • Changes made outside of the 7 day period will attract a fee per passenger

  • Rescheduling is permitted, subject to availability
  • Participant changes are permitted
  • Charters will only go ahead once minimum passenger numbers have been reached
  • The charter might be delayed commencements time due to marine weather conditions - and in this instance (usually only by an hour) your booking and cancellation policy stands.
  • If All Sea Charters deem it unsafe to operate, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to reschedule. The operator will check the Marine Weather every evening at 4 pm so sometimes there will be a late-minute reschedule - and the marine weather can change daily.
  • If Weather Conditions see us able to operate but not to Carnac, the operator reserves the right to take you to an alternative snorkelling experience location.
